How to enable 401GO integration in Eddy

With this integration you can easily manage employee retirement benefits. Employee information is automatically sent daily to 401GO so employee info is always up-to-date, including new hires, terminations, hire date, and more.
When you integrate Eddy with 401GO:
  • Employee Info updates in Eddy are pushed daily to 401GO
  • Payroll info is automatically shared with 401GO
  • Employee’s retirement deductions made in 401GO are automatically sent to Eddy Payroll.

What information is shared?

Our integration with 401GO transfers employee, payroll, and withholding information between Eddy and 401GO using secure APIs. Some of the information flows from Eddy to 401GO (such as employee and payroll info), while withholding info flows from 401GO to Eddy. The information is updated daily.

How to enable the integration

This integration requires you to already have an account created with 401GO. If you do not have an account created, visit 401GO’s website to get started.
To enable this integration in Eddy you must have Owner level permission. Go to Admin Settings and click on the Integrations tab. On that page you’ll see a card for 401GO. Click the Get started button and follow the prompts.

You'll see a message asking if you already have an account created with 401GO. If you do, then click the Continue button.

On the next screen you give Eddy permission to share information with 401GO. Once you agree to share the info we'll work with 401GO to get things setup. Typically the setup process is ready within a business day.
