Require SSN Setting
Employees can be required to have a Social Security Number in the software. This is helpful when running payroll through Eddy or using Eddy reports for your own personal payroll.
Requiring SSN During an Employee's Account Creation
Based on your teams needs, Eddy offers the option to require your employees fill out their SSN when they set up their Eddy profile. You can also make this field optional if SSN is not applicable to your company. You can enable this under Preferences in the Admin tab.
